02 — How I work
Speed matters when you’re building a business. So does getting the whole system to work. I stay responsible for both.
I get to know the requirements, define the architecture, and choose a stack that fits the product and its path to launch.
I direct AI-assisted development, coordinating components and overseeing code, data, interfaces, infrastructure, and external integrations.
Test strategies, user flows, UI and end-to-end tests, CI/CD, and release automation bring the pieces into a working production product.
Reliability, security protections, monitoring, alerts, and customer feedback guide the next stage of its development.

Engineering judgment stays essential.
Claude Code and Codex are central to my workflow. They help me deliver faster; technical direction, integration, and responsibility remain with me.
03 — Engineering for growth
A working product needs a way to reach customers. I also build the marketing systems around it — connecting audiences, campaigns, offers, and measurement with the business itself.
Audience builders, customer segmentation, personalized recommendations, and campaign workflows that help teams communicate with the people they want to reach.
Landing-page builders, promotions, upsell tools, and customer lifecycle communication — connected to product data and the systems that run the business.
Campaign attribution, tracking, reporting, and experiment workflows. Tools that help teams understand customer journeys and make informed decisions about what to improve.
Engineering experience, informed by entrepreneurship studies and hands-on work with operating businesses.

years building software
professionally
I’m Vasil. I build the technical systems that turn an idea into a working business.
My career grew from web development into complete applications, infrastructure, and products across industries. I work across the boundaries — from databases and network infrastructure to native apps and business integrations.
My education combines practical software engineering at SoftUni with entrepreneurship studies at MT&M college. That business perspective helps me connect technical decisions with how a product reaches customers, sells, and develops over time.
Since September 2021, I’ve worked at pCloud on backend development, automation, and supporting systems. My entrepreneurial work includes products in travel, ticketing, and electric mobility.
I stay close to implementation and can bring in trusted design and QA specialists when a product needs them. The goal is a finished system that people can use, and a business can keep building on.
05 — The next conversation
For the right venture, with a clear direction and the resources to execute, I’m open to a deeper, long-term technical partnership.
