Electric mobility connects physical chargers, network operators, roaming partners, drivers, and businesses. A useful product has to coordinate those different systems throughout the charging experience.

Infrastructure and interoperability
I built the CPO/CSMS infrastructure for managing charging stations and ChevoHub, a charging roaming hub. The work spans physical devices, protocol communication, and the operational systems around them.
Three connected products
The CSMS manages the charging infrastructure. ChevoHub handles roaming interoperability between participants. The eMSP brings that network to drivers and businesses through native apps and supporting services. Each has its own responsibilities; together they support the charging journey.
The driver and business platform
I built a new eMSP platform from the ground up, including native iOS and Android applications and their supporting systems. It connects charging experiences with business administration, payments, and ongoing operations.
Customer communication and growth
The supporting administration includes audience segmentation, campaign workflows, promotion eligibility, and consent-aware communication tools. This is part of building the systems a business needs around the driver experience, alongside charging and payments.
Delivery
A first eMSP version was ready in about a month. By around the third month, the platform was operating autonomously with its supporting features in place. I continue to oversee its development and operation.
